    Job description
    1. Key Responsibilities:
    2. 1. Identify and develop new business opportunities with the exporters / B2B and dealer network.
    3. 2. Build and maintain relationships with industrial clients, distributors, and contractors.
    4. 3. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs.
    5. 4. Present and demonstrate paint products to clients, explaining their features and benefits.
    6. 5. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    7. 6. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients.
    8. 7. Coordinate with the technical and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
    9. 8 Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
    10. 9Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management
    11. 10. Address client queries and resolve complaints to maintain customer satisfaction.

      1. 1.5-12 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in the paint/coatings industry.
      2. 2. Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
      3. 3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      4. 4. Knowledge of industrial paints, coatings, and related applications.
      5. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software..
      6. Language: Proficiency in Hindi and English.
      7. Willingness to Travel: Frequent travel to client locations as required.
      8. Office Days & Timing :- Mon -Sat & 9:30Am -6PM
